Dave Alcorn

Yolanda Padrones

The Director of Human Resources at Triple J Enterprises with over 13 years of HR experience. She is currently the President of the Guam Chapter of SHRM, the Society For Human Resource Management. Padrones also teaches human resources at the University of Guam in her capacity as an adjunct faculty member.  

Additionally, she was appointed to the Workers Compensation Commission and the Board of Trustees of the Guam Community College. Padrones also volunteers baking cakes for children and young adults living in shelters, foster and group homes as a member of the cake crew for Bake Their Day, a local non-profit.
